In its whole it is a really great game, but adding a few more tracks and less time limits would have made it legendary. The addon bonuses are really incredible, there are some new features ( some can be added on ) that make the game really incredible, such as hovercraft mode and nuclear bomb! In this game you can find a really various selection of pedestrians: Something really new is the fact that some pedestrians will attack you during the game, using metal tubes, molotov cocktails and even bombs (explosive pedestrians bonus is much different from the carmageddon2 one, here pedestrians become real kamikazes!)! Online playable version is avaiable too, with reduced tracks, and it works really fine. The opponents are really cool in this game, but the tracks are not really big (altought really accurate), even if they have a cool style, the fact that there are just 9 tracks is a really negative point for the game. The game was not well received by many fans of the previous two games because of really strict time limits and also for not easy missions inserted between races.Īlso there we don't have Max Damage screaming and laughing on the top of the screen like in the first game and altought improvements in graphics and even more accurate 3D pedestrians, the game is not great as it could have been.Ĭivilian cars and vehicles are much more effective and nice working than ever before!
